We are looking for a Process Lead for our international packaging company located in Corlu, Mondi İstanbul Ambalaj.

Job Description:

 ·        Analyse equipment data,

·         Definition and documentation of equipment parameters,

·         Develop operator problem solving skills,

·         Lead work standardization.

• General Qualifications:

·         Having bachelor’s degree preferably in industrial engineering,

·         Having good command of English, including fluent communication skills,

·         New graduate or 1-2 years’ experience in production environment,

·         Excellent computer, excel and presentation skills,

·         A results-driven and detail-oriented,

·         Well organized and self-motivated to lead projects,

·         Proactive, creative, and having an analytical mindset,

·         Focused and able to prioritize workload.
