Mosaic Art Studio is a franchise-based creative workshop brand bringing traditional Turkish arts — especially mosaic lamp making — to a global audience. We run hands-on workshops in our studios and pop-up locations, and sell DIY kits and handmade Turkish goods. As we grow across the US, Canada, the UK, and beyond, we're hiring a Turkey-based Marketing Manager to own our marketing operations.

The Role

You'll plan and run campaigns across multiple locations, coordinate our paid-ads and content teams, and use data to grow workshop bookings and online sales — all while keeping our brand consistent. This is a remote role working with an international, English-speaking team across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track the multi-location marketing calendar and campaigns
• Coordinate with the paid-ads team (Meta, Google Ads); monitor and optimize CPA and ROAS
• Work with the content team (photo, video, social media) to produce on-brand, culturally rich content
• Manage email marketing (Klaviyo) flows and seasonal campaigns
• Grow DIY kit online sales through seasonal campaigns and improved content
• Optimize underbooked workshop sessions using automation, ad alerts, and real-time tracking
• Provide marketing support to franchise/partner studios and protect brand consistency
• Report on core KPIs: workshop bookings, fill rates, CPA, customer feedback, repeat bookings, and upsell conversion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Hands-on digital marketing experience (Meta & Google Ads, email marketing, social media, SEO/content)
• Ability to read and act on performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate)
• Fluent English, written and spoken (the team operates in English)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote, multi-time-zone team
• Strong visual/brand sensibility and a feel for creative content
• Familiarity with Zoho, Shopify, or Klaviyo is a plus
