Production Merchandiser

We are a textile export company specializing in women’s and men’s woven garments, and we are looking for an experiencedProduction Merchandiser to join our team in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Inditex brands (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, etc.),

• Experience in woven garment production and export operations,

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred,

• Experience working with ERP systems,

• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims, and sourcing,

• Ability to work in line with customers’ collection requirements, quality standards, and sustainability expectations,

• Good command of written and spoken English,

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills,

• Able to commute to our office located in Şişli, Istanbul.

Job Description

• Manage customer orders from order confirmation through shipment as the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams,

• Coordinate and monitor all production-related activities to ensure on-time delivery,

• Review technical and commercial order details and maintain accurate ERP system entries,

• Coordinate the approval process of fabrics, trims, and other raw materials used for production,

• Ensure complete and accurate technical information is transferred to production teams before bulk production starts,

• Coordinate sustainability and compliance requirements between customers and relevant internal departments,

• Conduct costing and price analysis studies for new developments and orders,

• Work closely with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
