Order Management Chief

As Mubea Aviation, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Order Management Chief to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, ensuring effective coordination between production, logistics, procurement, and customer teams, while supporting operational excellence and on-time delivery performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising and monitoring customer order processes from order receipt to final delivery,
• Managing customer communication regarding delivery schedules, order status, potential delays, and customer escalations,
• Supporting demand forecasting and capacity alignment activities in coordination with planning and supply chain teams,
• Coordinating the prioritization and scheduling of production orders together with the production planning team,
• Ensuring timely release and execution of production orders, including related manufacturing documentation,
• Monitoring material and component availability to prevent production interruptions,
• Monitoring and reporting material shortages and missing parts that may impact production or delivery schedules,
• Managing NCR (Non-Conformance Report) processes and coordinating production order recovery actions in case of scrap or non-conforming parts,
• Coordinating delivery and shipment activities in collaboration with the logistics department,
• Coordinating operational activities between production, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams,
• Monitoring and improving key operational KPIs such as OTD, backlog, and order fulfillment performance,
• Supporting continuous improvement activities related to order management and planning processes,
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and work instructions,
• Supporting team development and contributing to workload planning and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, production planning, supply chain, or related operational areas,
• Strong knowledge of order management, production planning, and supply chain processes,
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an asset),
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Result-oriented mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Leadership capabilities with a teamwork-oriented approach,
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail,
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
• Fluency in English is required (German is considered an asset).
