QUALIFICATIONS: 

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean/Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineer and similar disciplines

•  Excellent command of written and spoken English in order to communicate with and report to foreign parent companies.

• Able to use MS Office applications efficiently,

• Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team work oriented,

• Must have a valid driver's licence (Class B).

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales engineers.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

• Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and pricipals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Provide regular coaching and performance reviews to team members.

• Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and principals.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Constructive and cooperative contact with foreign principals and customers.
