Technical Training - Long Term Intern

Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks hands-onLong Term Intern within the development of its activities in İzmir/Çiğli to support the operations within Nordex Enerji. 

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and organization of training processes for Nordex Academy Teams
• Track training participants and training calendars, including reminders
• Manage and update e-learning platforms and online training processes
• Participate in team meetings and assist related topics determined
• Support reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders

• Track training data and provide improvement suggestions
• Support projects assigned by managers

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent departments
• Available for a long-term internship (6 months to a year)
• Experience on e-learning platforms or projects is a plus
• Active use of AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, HeyGen, Invidio, Articulate, 360-Adobe Premier,Ppro-Adobe After Effects ext.)
• Strong follow-up, reporting, and communication skills
• Compliant with confidentiality and working rules
• Active use of written and spoken English
• Willing to travel if necessary
