Logistic Specialist (Temporary)

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Industrial Engineering from universities,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistic operations field,

• Having experience of Quality Documentation, 

• Having experience of Customs Clearance Procedures and free trade zone custom obligations, 

• Excellent command of English both oral and written, 

• Proficient in MS Office, especially having advanced skills in MS Excel, 

• Having strong planning and organizational skills,

• Having problem solving skills with solid analytic and approach,

• Having good interpersonal and communication skills, and effective stakeholder relationship management,

• Eager to work in collaboration as a team member, 

• Able to work in fast moving environment with flexibility, 

• Willingness to follow and implement industry changes and developments,

• Having experience in SAP and Lean 6 Sigma Project Management will be asset.

General Duties

• Be responsible for managing logistic team and warehouse operations,

• Be responsible for preparing logistic quality documents,

• Design and organize the logistic team to meet the material transportation and storage. 

• Take an active role in managing and ensuring continuous communication with other departments,

• Monitor and achieve departmental targets such as KPI, cost and Lean activities,

• Be responsible for process development and project management in the field of warehouse.
