We are looking for a “Controller” to join the Finance Team in our Gebze Plant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree - preferably in Industrial/Management Engineering , Business Administration, or Economics
• Fluency in English (French will be an asset)
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions, and/or planning, project management
• Experience in production environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of SAP CO and FI modules
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Team player with can-do mind set
• Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Participate in and coordinate the whole budgeting and forecasting processes. Work at actual, forecasting, and budget levels, to produce results, forecasts, a budget and a 4-year plan
• Analyse results compared to budgets, identify the reasons for differences, and recommend management improvements
• Prepare and submit the Group Management reporting framework
• Own, monitor, and validate pricing, costing, and inventories
• Own, monitor, and verify the reliability and relevance of full-plant Key Performance Indicators and management tools according to the standards set by the Group
• Carry out analyses to identify areas for improvement, and all measures to improve profitability of the subsidiary
• Ensure management results are perfectly coherent with accounting information
• Monitor intragroup costs and revenues
• Monitor actions and project performances in other profit centers (Engineering, Project, and SG&A) within subsidiary
