As Topline Controlling Executive, you will be the finance business partner to NKA, E-commerce, DO, Hospital & Tender sales channels and also be a member of the PRGM team. You will ensure sales channels realize their potential while complying with internal control & budgetary guidelines.
About the job
- Supporting financial forecasting process for topline (incl revenues, trade terms & CO) as part of S&OP process. Challenging underlying variations and explaining insights to commercial senior management team.
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of topline reporting (actuals, forecasts, ad-hoc reports).
- Ensuring 4-way match for customer trade terms between contract, customer summary one-pager, ERP system, and purchase orders.
- Ensuring proper allocation of trade support spending & accruals to customers and SKUs.
- Challenging/approving each promotion activity's financial impact, proposing adjustments to match CBU requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy of topline dashboards and sales & profitability analysis files, proposing action plans to improve business financials.
- Actively participate in sales improvement initiatives as part of PRGM team.
About you
- Minimum 3 years of Budgeting/Planning/Controlling experience in Finance Department (Preferably Topline related)
- FMCG experience is preferred
- Excellent command of English
- SAP knowledge is preferable
- University degree
- MS Office knowledge is a must
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in business relations management
- Curious and open to learn & share
