Vacancy: Technical Office Engineer / Architect

About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Engineer / Architect to join the Head Office of Volony Doğa Konakları, OXA Construction's flagship residential development located in Çekmeköy, Istanbul.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or other superstructure projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Solid knowledge of shop drawings, as-built documentation, and site implementation processes.
- Experience in technical office operations, site coordination, planning, and project reporting.
- Good knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, cost control, contract administration, and progress payment (interim payment) procedures.
- Familiarity with technical specifications and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical office activities and provide technical support for ongoing superstructure projects.
- Ensure effective technical coordination between architectural and structural disciplines.
- Review technical documents submitted by subcontractors and coordinate the approval process.
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and progress.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, management presentations, and other technical reports.
- Coordinate the flow of technical information between the Head Office and project sites.
- Consolidate and analyze technical data received from project sites and report findings to senior management.
- Monitor project budgets, cost performance, project schedules, and overall progress.
- Conduct technical analyses, evaluations, and reporting as requested by senior management.
