Job Definition;

Contribute to the production and profitability of vehicle projects by managing Project convergence via perfect monitoring of expected metier deliverables at the project milestones and by drafting the Project QCDP (Budget, time, quality, weight) summary within the scope.

• in compliance with engineering budget, technical regulation of various countries for marketing, legal obligation of the General Safety of the Product and technical rules
• by putting in place the management required to monitor the deliverables of the part/module metiers, systems, Innovations, homologations, these enable the expectations to be reached at the project milestones and proper management of project risks
• by drafting the QCDP summary to ensure that the objectives fixed in the Project guidelines are fully compliant and in case of QCDP level compliance impact,
• the inputs and outputs of the Project activity and related engineering cost calculations
• by organising and managing the teams which report to him hierarchically or inside team to reach QCDP

Contribute to the performance of the Product Engineering department via knowledge building:

• on Project management methods by communication of best practices, methods, making use of trainings carried out to manage powertrain projects and vehicle projects
• by communicating the experience feedbacks on the projects to the customers

Qualifications;

• Graduated from Electrics & Electronics, Computer or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex and challenging environment
• Project Management skills in order to manage principal KPI such as quality, cost, planning and weight
• Minimum 5 years experience on
  • Product development and follow up with suppliers
  • Transversal management
  • Electronic component development
  • Electronic system development
• Analysis and synthesis capabilities
