OZ Optics is seeking an HR Specialist to manage day-to-day human resources operations and ensure the effective implementation of HR functions across the Group’s companies in Türkiye.
This role will support multiple companies operating in different sectors and international markets, requiring strong coordination skills in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administrative HR processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies are consistently applied and for working closely with teams across the organization.
· Preparation of employee correspondence to include: Offer letters, Employment Agreements, Memorandums, Salary/Bonus letters and any other communications as required.
· Delivering and assembling material for orientation sessions for all new employees, and ensuring required employee information is obtained and secured within the employees’ personnel files
· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
· Provides administrative support to ensure Health and Safety compliance and initiatives of the employer are met as required in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
· Assists with the coordination of Human Resources training activities.
· Posting of job openings on Job sites, gather information on new applicants, attend recruitment interviews as required and inform candidates of their hiring status.
· Filing and maintaining employee files.
· Confirm employee address/ phone number –update quarterly.
· Conduct rollcall (Morning and Afternoon), update weekly spreadsheet.
· Keep daily attendance and overtime records.
· Office supply administration.
· Participate in special projects as requested.
· Other office related duties and tasks as required.
· Prepare payroll
· Good knowledge of English is required
