Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results driven leader who will explore newinternational and domestic markets, develop strategic initiatives and make a measurable impact on sales performance in the paper bag/packaging industry.

Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree,

·     Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is a plus),

·     Experience in international and domestic B2B sales,

·     Preferably experience in the packaging industry,

·     Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business development,

·     At least 3 years of experience in leading, developing and managing sales teams

·     Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Job Describtion

·     Develop and implement sales and business development startegies to drive sustainable growth,

·     Set sales targets and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly objectives,

·     Identify and develop new market opportunities, expand business volume and grow the customer portfolio,

·     Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients,

·     Develop pricing strategies based on market and competitive analysis,

·     Monitor and report sales performance, conversion rates, profitability and revenue targets.

·     Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts,

·     Drive brand awareness in target markets to support customer acquisition.
