Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who will effectively manage food and beverage operations with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction at our Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Airport hotel, located in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, offering a premium accommodation experience with its modern architecture spread across 7,500 m² and 97 rooms, reflecting the global quality standards of Radisson Hotel Group.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Tourism and Hotel Management, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience in restaurants, hotels, or chain businesses,
• Proficient in restaurant automation systems,
• Knowledgeable about Food Safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards,
• Experienced in budgeting, cost control, and reporting,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Strong team management, leadership, and organizational skills,
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and responsible,
• Able to adapt to an intensive working pace,
• Preferably with a good command of English.

Job Description

• Planning and managing the daily operations of restaurants and other food & beverage operations,
• Managing guest requests and complaints professionally,
• Managing recruitment, training, shift planning, and performance processes of personnel,
• Ensuring the complete execution of opening and closing operations,
• Regularly monitoring sales, costs, stock, and inventory controls,
• Ensuring the implementation of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards,
• Supporting the preparation of monthly budgets, cost analyses, and performance reports,
• Conducting operations in compliance with company procedures and legal regulations,
• Preparing daily operational reports and presenting them to management.
