Every day, we communicate with customers and partners from different countries, develop new business relationships, manage international voice traffic, and operate in the fast-paced global telecommunications industry.
All of our customers and business partners are international, and English is the primary language used in our daily communication. Therefore, excellent written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for this role.

What You Will Do
- Develop and manage relationships with international customers, carriers, and telecom operators.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities worldwide.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate pricing and business terms.
- Follow up on quotations and ongoing commercial discussions.
- Monitor voice traffic performance, profitability, and business opportunities.
- Analyze traffic trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Work closely with the Routing, NOC, and Finance teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Participate in online meetings with international customers and partners.
- Represent Pay724 at international telecommunications conferences and industry events.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in telecommunications or the wholesale voice industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory). You will communicate with international customers every day.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for sales and building customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and excited by the opportunity to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- No travel restrictions.
