Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Civil Aviation, or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in the cost control department
• Knowledge of general accounting
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Must have an analytical perspective, strong problem-solving skills, and be result-oriented
• Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization

In this role, you will

• Checking the conformity of the invoices received from the suppliers for the airports under the responsibility of the Company regarding Direct Operational Costs ("DOC"), such as fuel, ground handling services, landing, en route, and passenger taxes, with the Company's traffic results, agreements, and tariffs on a flight basis, and initiating the appeal processes
• Reconciliation of the accounts related to the DOC invoices automatically flowing from RCA to the accounting system at the end of each month, and determination of accrual amounts
• Entering the agreements and tariffs for the airports “under its responsibility” into the RCA system in detail, such as airport, service type, flight type, aircraft type, etc., making formula-based entries for service costs whose calculation is complex
• Monitoring the incentive and refund amounts deserved when certain targets are reached for the company and the airports
