QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups or Big Babol would like to employ Customer Service Specialist.



Qualifications required for this position are as follows;


· Graduate preferably Business Administration, International Trade or related fields

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English

· Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications

· Organization and analytical thinking ability

· Minimum 2 years of related work experience

· SAP Knowledge is an asset

· No military obligation for male candidates

· Result-orientation

· Forward thinking

· Team working ability

· Flexible & customer focused

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Experienced in reporting & advanced knowledge excel is preferred



Responsibilities;


The incumbent will be Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, and will be contributing to all operations such as:


· Sharing weekly production plans to the operating companies

· Measuring customer satisfaction

· Material revision follow ups & studies

· Creating customer complaint forms and share with relevant departments

· Daily contact with the customers & replying requests

· Ensuring customers informed well and on time for the products, orders, stocks, shipments, charges to be invoiced

· Collecting and consolidating forecast data & sharing with related departments monthly

· Attending customer regular meetings & follow up the new projects together with the teams

· Following up weekly & daily stocks, new product launches & first productions

· Follow up & update legal customs procedures into the company

· KPI reporting

· Collecting official orders & inserting SAP

· Sharing product prices with the customers & follow up missing prices

· Preparing and sending invoices & shipment documents

· Transport organizations

· Organizing export documents together with customs broker

· Sending finished good samples

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
