REQUIREMENTS
- BS or MSc engineering degree from the relevant departments of universities
- Minimum 3year experiences in related department,
- Proficient knowledge of English, can work and communicate in international environment,
- Result oriented, technical interest in mechanical processes required,
- APQP knowledge is must (PFMEA, MSA, SPC, etc)
- Proficiency in problem solving techniques (8D, 5Why, etc.)
- Proficient in Quality Management Systems, (AS9100 is preferred)
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Good communication skills, well-organized, good in crisis management, attentive, dynamic,
- Researcher, analytical thinking,
- Being able to live in İzmir,
- Able to travel when needed,
- German language is an advantage,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordination, moderation and methodical guidance of PFMEA process and product control plans in working groups
- Coordination and methodical guidance during the conduct of the MSA
- Preparation and follow-up of MSA including likelihood control, (evaluation)
- Optimization of the PFMEA process, product control plans and MSA activities
- Review and re-evaluation of the existing PFMEA process, product control plans and MSA after product/process changes, complaints (internal/external) and environmental changes,
- Follow-up and request realization of the measures from the PFMEA process and MSA activities
- Presenting the results of the PFMEA process, product control plans and MSA to internal departments and to the customer(if needed)
