We are seeking a smart, ambitious, young and dynamic ''Real Estate Sales & Business Development Specialist " to be recruited as a member of our team.
Study property listings and research the office market
Lead and manage transaction process
Establish and maintain excellent business relationships
Set up and lead client meetings
Develop strong relationship with existing and new clients
Responsible for preparation of proposals, presentations and other supportive documentation
Attend Real Estate related events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, and seminars, etc)
University degree from a reputable university
Native Turkish, fluent in English
Energetic and assertive with a strong presence
Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
Tactful and smart to handle client’s objections and present solutions and options to close sales
Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome out of the deals interaction
Result orientated with problem solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the Company’s overall targets
Good analytical skills to understand client’s business needs and provide solutions
Valid driver’s license
