Financial Controller
About Job
Our client is a leading automotive supplier based in Tuzla/Istanbul, operating as part of a multinational automotive group recognised as one of the industry’s leading manufacturers. We are currently seeking a “Financial Controller” to join the Controlling team, reporting directly to the Financial Control Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field,
- Strong IFRS, Local GAAP and cost accounting knowledge,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in budget processes, financial controlling and reporting,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency,
- High analysis and reporting skills,
- Multinational Environment and SAP experience will be an asset,
- Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
- Experienced in the automotive industry (Preferable),
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports, updating the forecasts,
- Prepare monthly IFRS financials, hyperion submission,
- Prepare and coordinate the annual budget preparation process in coordination with the superior and department managers,
- Doing monthly budget-actual comparisons and reporting deviations,
- Following up CAPEX movements,
- Analyzing the profitability, inventory movements, cash flow and other financial outputs,
- Prepare and analyse any kind of requested ad-hoc reports.
