We are looking for a 'Finance & HR Manager' for our partner in chemical sector.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting; prior HR experience is considered a plus.
* Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and labor legislation.
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
* High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Job Description
* Manage the organization’s Finance and HR functions while acting as a strategic business partner.
* Oversee daily finance operations, month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
* Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and banking activities.
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS, local GAAP, tax legislation, and internal control standards.
* Monitor financial processes, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Supervise the Finance team, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, payroll inputs, invoices, and tax-related activities.
* Manage local legal and statutory compliance matters.
* Identify and report potential financial irregularities, fraud, or compliance risks.
* Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, personnel administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring costs, and time-to-fill performance.
* Assess organizational training needs, manage training budgets, and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
* Foster continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across Finance and HR functions.
