HSE Specialist

We are looking for an HSE Specialist for our global partner operating in the energy sector, for whom we provide consultancy services.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields,

• Valid Class B, or C Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security,

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), 

• Advanced level of written and spoken English suitable for international reporting and communication,

• Strong knowledge of Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety and relevant local regulations, alongside experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems,

• Strong field presence, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset,

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Ensure and audit compliance of all field/facility HSE processes in line with local regulations and corporate standards,

• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment studies; plan and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA),

• Perform root cause analysis for workplace accidents and near-miss incidents, reporting findings in both English and Turkish to senior management,

• Plan, organize, and execute HSE training programs for employees,

• Manage internal and external audit processes for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, keeping documentation up to date,

• Promote a proactive safety culture through regular site inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts and conditions.

• Prepare lifting plans and supervise safe lifting operations in accordance with project and safety requirements
