We are looking for a F&A Manager for our global business partner operating in chemicals industry.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following.
Overseeing all accounting, finance, and tax processes in compliance with local regulations and international standards. (IFRS/US GAAP)
Preparing monthly and annual trial balances, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements; managing financial reporting to the global headquarters.
Leading the annual budget planning process, monitoring actual vs. budget performance, and conducting variance analysis.
Managing internal/external audit processes and coordinating with independent audit firms for year-end closings.
Managing banking relationships, credit lines, and optimizing daily cash management.
Controlling cost accounting processes and efficiency analysis specific to the dynamics of the chemical industry.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria.
Professional background in Big 4 or reputable audit firms is highly preferred.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP. (Mandatory)
Proven experience in leading and managing a team. (minimum 5 years of managerial experience)
Dynamic, and proactive professional capable of adapting to a fast-paced global environment.
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for international reporting and communication.
Residing in or willing to relocate to Tekirdağ.
