We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Visa Specialist to join Huawei team in Istanbul. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end immigration processes, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations, and providing seamless mobility support to our international team members. As a key point of contact, you will utilize your strong background in immigration procedures and corporate coordination to navigate complex visa requirements efficiently. Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Visa Specialist to join our team in Istanbul. Due to an immediate opening, we are looking for a qualified professional to manage and streamline our visa application, tracking, and compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a stable career background, a strong understanding of visa procedures, andnative or professional fluency in English (Chinese is big plus). 

Key Responsibilities

• Visa & Immigration Management: End-to-end processing of work permits, residence permits, and business visas for employees and stakeholders.

• Documentation & Compliance: Reviewing, preparing, and submitting accurate application portfolios in strict compliance with local and international immigration laws.

• Communication & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between Chinese-speaking stakeholders, local authorities, and internal teams; translating relevant legal or administrative documents when necessary.

• Tracking & Reporting: Maintaining an up-to-date database of visa statuses, expiration dates, and renewals to ensure zero lapse in legal status.

• Consultancy: Providing clear guidance and updates to employees regarding visa requirements, timelines, and interview preparations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency or native fluency inEnglish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Good command of Chinese and Turkish is a strong asset.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of solid, hands-on experience specifically in visa operations, global mobility, or corporate immigration processes. 

• Background & Stability: A proven track record of career stability. Prior experience within a travel agency, tour agency, or the broader tourism industry is highly preferred. Candidates with an average tenure of less than 3 years per role will not be considered.

• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
