We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join Ravago Türkiye at our Kayseri Factory.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related to relevant sciences,
• Proven experience in managing HR-integrated ERP systems and hands-on usage of platforms,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll, personnel affairs,
• Active involvement in digital transformation projects within HR functions,
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, and practices,
• Highly preferred proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills; a collaborative team player.

What We Expect from You:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and all relevant legal requirements; manage and improve personnel processes in accordance with current legislation,
• Operate monthly payroll calculations and payment processes in line with legal regulations and company procedures; ensure accurate reporting,
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports related to monthly payroll and employee life cycle processes,
• Data providing employee disciplinary processes, particularly in relation to Social Security regulations,
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience through proper documentation, timely communication, and alignment with internal stakeholders and external providers;
• Contribute to HR digital transformation projects; improve and optimize existing systems and applications,
