Regnum Hotels, one of the leading brands in the hospitality industry located in the Belek Tourism Center, is seeking an experienced and motivated À La Carte Supervisor to join its dynamic and professional team at Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a university, tourism vocational school, tourism high school, or high school.
- Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of German and/or Russian is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory position within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or upscale Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant service standards, guest relations, and dining etiquette.
- Guest-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and operational awareness.
- Well-groomed appearance and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the à la carte restaurant to ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with the restaurant's service standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and support the service team throughout daily operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, and take immediate corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow to maximize guest comfort and operational efficiency.
- Assist in scheduling, task allocation, and workforce planning within the restaurant team.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to maintain and enhance service excellence.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Monitor operational performance and provide regular feedback and reports to restaurant management.
- Promote upselling opportunities and contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets.
- Act as a role model for company values, professional conduct, and service excellence.
