Financial Reporting Junior

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Junior to support our financial reporting and accounting processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with company policies and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, and general ledger processes.

• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

• Support tax declarations and statutory reporting processes in coordination with relevant teams and advisors.

• Support internal and external audit processes and prepare requested documentation.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and proper accounting treatment.

• Contribute to process improvements, automation, standardization, and digitalization projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

• Good command of MS Excel and strong analytical skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop within both the Accounting and Finance functions.
