What We Expect from You?

• Minimum 12-15 years of piping experience
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, energy, or similar industrial projects
• Strong background in field piping erection and construction management
• Proven experience managing 800-1000+ piping workforce
• Capable of leading large subcontractor organizations
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for client and multinational team coordination
• Able to confidently represent the company in client and management meetings
• Proven success in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience as a Piping Manager on large EPC, petrochemical, or refinery projects
• Familiarity with piping erection, welding, hydrotesting, mechanical completion, and turnover activities
