We’re seeking a Sales Engineer who has will and ambition to work in our Sales team.
To be able to successful in the role we are looking for:
- University degree in related Engineering Departments.
- Minimum 2 year sales experience in metalworking industry sectors preferably in abrasives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
- Analyzing customer requirements & business objectives, and interprets the industry trends.
- Excellent organization, planning, analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, eager to learn & develop.
- Having a valid driving license and active driver.
- No restriction for traveling.
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
- The position will be based in Istanbul or Bursa.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement action plans for to achieve the quarterly and annual targets of company.
- Prepare and present the sales reports to management.
- Conduct product tests with customers, to create an action plan with PM on test results.
- Coordinate sales activities for existing customers and add new customers/partners to portfolio.
- Visit current and potential customers & partners to enhance the customer portfolio.
- Find & prepare right solution/product to customer and present these to various types of decision makers
- Technical guidance for customers and distribution partners.
- Cooperate with customer service department for orders, deliveries and after sales services.
- Prepare offers and agreements align with the company principles & rules.
- Support medium to long term strategic sales direction for the engineering markets sales organization.
