QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

SG Glass International is here to support the architectural world, to deliver the most beautiful, comfortable & sustainable buildings, everywhere in the world.

Our SG Glass International team is looking for a Customer Service Manager in order to insure a permanent relation and a close cooperation with the network of SGG International offices in the area, with direct customers and with Saint Gobain Glass (and Glass Solutions) factories.

 

Job Description:

  • Customer reactive support, ensure a good communication with all processors and / or customers
  • Prices follow up and communication, Generate profit, for SGG International and for the supplying factories
  • Forecast products needs and control sales development on monthly basis
  • Orders follow-up: Coordinate the supplies from the different factories to ensure an optimized supply to our strategic customers
  • Deliveries follow-up (documents, packaging, containers, ETD/ETA…).
  • Assist customs clearance process, track shipments / communicate timing / arrival with customer
  • Errors fixing: compensate any factory logistics mistake by very close communication and issue solving with the customers (e.g. direct phone calls).
  • Secure payments: check drafts of letters of credit and proforma invoices. Provide swifts to factories and check that payments are properly cleared in SAP. Overdue payments follow-up.
  • Quality Claims management with factories, insurance  companies  and technical and logistical central team


Required Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Sales graduated or Engineer with good commercial skills)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Capable of communicating efficiently with customers
  • Ability to work closely with customers
  • Must be a good team player and a person of integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills

5 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
