We are looking for a Social Media Specialistto be assigned inSamsun.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sociality, etc.) and creative tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, analytics tools, and platform algorithms
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple timelines
• Passion for football, branding, digital culture, and creative marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Sociality.io, ClickUp, and other social media/content management platforms
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including matchdays, weekends, and travel as required

Requirements:

• Manage the club’s social media accounts and ensure timely, flawless content publishing
• Develop creative and strategic content aligned with the club’s brand values and agenda
• Create, implement, and optimize social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Monitor club, football, and digital trends to leverage timely engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce matchday, behind-the-scenes, campaign, and community content
• Support live match coverage and actively engage with fans to grow the online community
• Ensure all content aligns with the club’s brand, values, and narrative while continuously improving communication efforts
