Job Description

• Develop and execute the hotel’s digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
• Drive direct online revenue, brand.com performance and conversion.
• Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, metasearch and other paid channels.
• Manage OTA sponsored ads and promotional campaigns across channels such as Booking.com and Expedia to maximize hotel visibility.
• Monitor key performance indicators including ROAS, conversion, traffic and revenue contribution.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales and Reservations on tactical campaigns and promotions.
• Optimize the hotel’s digital booking journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Manage digital content across website, social media, email and other online channels.
• Support SEO, SEM, CRM and marketing automation activities.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize media spend.
• Analyze campaign and website performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure effective execution.
• Ensure all digital activities are aligned with Fairmont and Accor brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Fluent English and native-level Turkish
• Hospitality, luxury or travel industry experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel e-commerce, direct booking and digital customer journey.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, metasearch and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, conversion rate, CPA and other digital KPIs.
• Experience with CRM, CMS and marketing automation tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments and levels
