About Job

We are looking for a Spanish Medical Interpreter / Patient Coordinator to support our international patients.Job Description

The selected candidate will:

Provide verbal and written interpretation between Spanish-speaking patients and doctors/medical staff
Support patients throughout their consultation, examination, and surgical processes
Coordinate admission, hospitalization, and discharge procedures
Assist in ensuring that patients are accurately and clearly informed about their treatment process
Monitor international patient journeys in compliance with hospital procedures and standards
Record and maintain patient information accurately in hospital systems

Qualifications

Advanced level of Spanish (native preferred)
Preferably proficient in English
At least 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Familiarity with medical terminology or willingness to learn
Strong communication skills with a patient-oriented approach
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and strong in process follow-up
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
