Job Description

 Scorpios is seeking an experienced Cashier/Controller to oversee cash and sales transactions within our facilities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in numerical skills, attention to detail, collaborative teamwork, and uphold high ethical standards. The primary objective is to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of all cash and credit transactions, emphasizing a continuous commitment to internal controls over the sensitive domain of revenue collection.

Responsibilities

Operational:

• Implement Level 1 Controlling Procedures
• Transaction Processing and Record Keeping
• Price Verification and Updating
• Sales Reporting and Analysis
• Waste and Void Transaction Monitoring
• Safeguarding Funds
• You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all cash and credit card transactions, upholding high ethical standards and internal controls
• Observing and reporting incidents

Executional Responsibilities

• Issue Transaction Receipts and Invoices
• Ensure Accurate Input in Micros System
• Generate Receipts in Micros System
• Maintain Transaction Records
• Resolve Customer Issues
• Uphold Clean and Orderly Checkout Areas

Candidate Profile

• Inherent drive and willingness to excel in a demanding, challenging, and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation to address work challenges resourcefully, efficiently, and effectively, whether working independently or collaboratively.
• Professional communication skills coupled with a natural inclination for teamwork.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.
• Proficient in English, to effectively manage team communication and guest interactions.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in high operation F&B operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with team members, cross-departmental liaisons, management, and guests.
