We are currently seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor  to be assigned to our 6-month project in Tekirdağ.

General Job Description:

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of warehouse inventory, from material procurement and storage to distribution and documentation.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Ensuring coordination with the procurement/purchasing department.
• Maintaining operational continuity by keeping accurate records through ERP systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling physical inventory with system records.
• Receiving and Inspection: Inspecting incoming materials for damage and ensuring compliance with purchase orders (POs).
• Material Distribution: Processing material requisitions, organizing storage, and managing inventory shipments.
• Logistics and Documentation: Coordinating logistics and updating documentation within ERP systems.
• Safety and Maintenance: Maintaining safe, clean, and organized warehouse conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 2 to 6 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or similar roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, STAR IPS) and MS Office.
• Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and inventory management skills.
