Leveraging a fully digital workflow and state-of-the-art production facilities in Istanbul, we currently export to more than 20 countries, empowering orthodontists worldwide to deliver aesthetic, predictable treatments to their patients.

We are seeking Export Customer Relations Specialist

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field

·       Basic knowledge of export operations, order management, and customer relations

·       Minimum 2 years of professional experience

·       Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)

·       Proficient in MS Office programs

·       Detail-oriented, organized, with strong follow-up and time management skills

·       Strong communication and representation abilities; effective in interpersonal relationships

·       Able to think analytically and take initiative

·       Capable of generating solutions in the face of problems

·       Open to professional development and learning

·       Preferably experienced in the dental industry

·       Strong tracking and planning skills

·       Dynamic, solution-oriented, and open to growth

·       Team player, capable of collaborating across different disciplines and departments

·       For male candidates, military service must be completed (if applicable)

Job Description:

·       Ensure the achievement of annual sales targets for assigned international customers and carry out related sales activities

·       Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal departments during order processes

·       Acquire in-depth knowledge of product technical specifications and benefits to provide customer-focused solutions and support

·       Maintain regular written and verbal communication with existing international customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

·       Monitor ongoing orders on a daily basis and check that production processes align with given instructions

·       Convey customer requests to relevant production units and coordinate production and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery

·       Prepare weekly sales performance reports and present them to the Export Manager.
