International Sales Specialist

We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to join our company operating in the field of international healthcare tourism at our head office located in  Yenibosna, Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries from abroad and taking an active role in the sales processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• At least 1 year of experience in active sales and patient consultancy,
• Preferably experience in the healthcare tourism sector,
• Accustomed to working with sales targets, with strong persuasion and communication skills and proven ability to close sales,
• Strong skills in patient and customer relationship management,
• Analytical thinking skills with a fast and solution-oriented approach,
• Proficiency in process, crisis, and time management,
• Strong planning skills with a well-organized, disciplined, and follow-up-oriented working style,
• Excellent listening skills, punctuality, and ability to respond quickly.
  
  

Job Description

• Managing patient inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, and email,
• Analyzing the needs of potential patients and providing information about suitable treatment options,
• Maintaining regular follow-up communication with potential patients to build trust and develop sales opportunities,
• Managing the entire sales process from start to finish, scheduling appointments, and ensuring sales conversion,
• Conducting daily lead follow-ups to increase conversion rates,
• Entering patient information accurately and completely into the CRM system and keeping it up to date,
• Working actively and proactively to achieve designated sales targets,
• Taking the necessary actions to improve patient satisfaction.
  
  

*Additionally, candidates who are proficient in one of the following languages  Russian, Romanian, Bulgarian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Polish  will also be considered for this position.
