We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for our international patients, guiding them through their treatment journey while proactively managing sales pipelines. This is an opportunity to leverage your communication skills in a high-performance environment where strategic growth meets clinical precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage your patient portfolio and implement strategies to reach sales targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients, building lasting professional relationships.
- Provide detailed guidance on treatment plans, clinic services, and logistics to ensure patient confidence.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications in our CRM and prepare performance reports as requested by our management team.
- Ensure all correspondence and administrative tasks are handled in strict compliance with data protection guidelines (GDPR/KVKK) and maintain the highest service standards.
Competences & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- A degree from a relevant department (Language, Literature, Teaching, Translation, etc.) is preferred. Alternatively, candidates from other disciplines holding a B2-level language certificate (YDS, TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) are also accepted and highly encouraged to apply
- Proven experience or strong potential in sales, client relations in health/tourism sector
· A proactive, energetic, and adaptable team player with a natural motivation to initiate tasks, collaborate effectively, and close deals.
