About the Job

We are looking for an English Teacher who will help students develop their English language skills through modern, student-centered teaching methods within our corporate educational environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from one of the following departments: English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature, English Language Education, Translation and Interpreting (English), or a related Bachelor's degree program,
• Preferably holds a Teaching Certificate (Pedagogical Formation),
• Able to prepare and deliver lesson content suitable for General English levels (A1-C1),
• Knowledgeable about current language teaching methodologies and assessment/evaluation practices,
• Capable of preparing lesson plans that develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in an integrated manner,
• Strong communication skills and able to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues,
• A collaborative team player who is open to cooperation and knowledge sharing,
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency,
• Adopts a student-centered, innovative, and technology-supported approach to education,
• Proficient in using smart boards and digital learning platforms effectively in lessons,
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a responsible and detail-oriented work ethic,
• Able to design creative activities and projects that encourage active student participation,
• Committed to professional and personal development, open to learning new ideas, and highly motivated.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver English lesson plans appropriate to students' age groups and language proficiency levels,
• Design and implement activities that improve students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills,
• Monitor students' progress regularly, assess performance through evaluation tools, and prepare reports,
• Develop games, drama activities, projects, and speaking exercises to increase student engagement and motivation,
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' academic and social development,
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff in line with the institution's educational goals and curriculum,
• Keep up to date with developments in education and teaching technologies, continuously improving lesson content and teaching practices.
