About the Role:
We are seeking a experienced Finance Affairs Director with deep expertise in budgeting, finance, and accounting. The ideal candidate has a proven track record inIPO processes, working with foreign banks, and drivinginvestment and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead all financial operations including budgeting, financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.

·        Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.

·        Manage the end-to-end IPO process (due diligence, prospectus, regulatory filings, and listing coordination).

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks for credit facilities, cash management, and trade finance.

·        Lead investment and growth projects: Capital expenditure evaluations, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.

·        Oversee cash flow, FX risk, and working capital optimization.

·        Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.

·        Lead and develop the finance & accounting team.

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Expertise: Strong background in budgeting, finance, and accounting (minimum 15+ years, with 5+ years in a senior finance role).

·        IPO Experience

·        Foreign Banking: Proven experience working withinternational/foreign banks.

·        Investment & Growth: Demonstrated experience ininvestments, M&A, or corporate growth financing.

·        Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a strong plus.
