Operating under Açık Holding, Serban İnşaat provides turnkey services in the construction industry, mainly in Data Center projects and critical facilities. Additionally, Serban is responsible for EPC projects as a technology integrator technological buildings, factories, cyber technology and security buildings, also hotel, shopping mall, and residential projects.

We are seeking a Survey Chief to be based on the Asian side of Istanbul for a Data Center project, meeting the qualifications listed below:

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, orGeodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of surveying experience, particularly in large-scale construction projects,
• Proven experience in industrial and high-spec projects (data centers, hospitals, airports, heavy industry plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, large-scale commercial developments, etc.),
• Strong experience in surveying works including setting-out, leveling, and dimensional control,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying-related software,
• Experience with total station and GPS/GNSS measurement systems,
• Experience in quantity take-off, measurement, progress payments, and reporting,
• Ability to coordinate surveying works across multiple disciplines (civil, architectural, MEP, infrastructure),
• Good knowledge of construction tolerances and measurement accuracy,
• Fluent in English,
• Residing in Istanbul (preferably Asian side)
• Valid driver’s license and able to travel as needed.

Job Description

• Lead and manage all surveying activities on site,
• Perform Kot, aks, aplikasyon and leveling works,
• Organize and coordinate measurement works in structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure works,
• Perform site inspections and verify compliance of completed works,
• Prepare measurement, as-built surveys, and related reports,
• Perform measurement, quantity calculations, and reporting for progress payments and final accounts,
• Represent the company before official authorities, consultants, and tender bodies when required,
• Ensure compliance of construction activities with project specifications and technical requirements.
