GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
As a Quality & Food Safety Advisor in Mobility HSSE team we would like to work with a candidate;
· Bachelor’s degree in Food engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
· 4–6+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related operational roles (FMCG, Retail, QSR, or food service experience is an asset)
· Strong knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) such as: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRCGS / IFS standards.
· Familiarity with local & international food safety regulations and hygiene standards
· Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
· Hands-on experience or exposure to food supply chain operations, including sourcing, warehousing, distribution, and cold chain monitoring
· Ability to identify food safety risks across the supply chain (transportation, storage, handling)
· Experience supporting audits, inspections, or operational quality controls is a plus
· Experience in Risk assessment and hazard analysis, Root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Causal reasoning)
· Strong attention to detail and hands-on, field-oriented mindset
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause thinking is a plus)
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic field environment
· Eager and open to self-development and learning mindset,
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
· High level of attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Food Safety & Quality Advisor supports the implementation of a standardized, risk-based Quality & Food Safety management system across the Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) value chain.
This role is responsible for ensuring consistent on-site compliance, performing inspections, supporting supplier and sub-suppliers’ controls, and managing customer feedback, while working closely with operation & NFR teams to drive day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
1. Mobility Site Inspections & Field Execution
- Perform regular Food Safety & Quality inspections at Mobility sites (CO & DO)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, storage, temperature control, and operational standards
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
- Support standardization of practices across sites
2. Mobility Site Execution & Dealer/Retailer Engagement
- Improve food safety and quality practices across all Mobility (CO&DO) sites
- Develop training and capability-building programs for SAS & CAT teams and Retailers/Dealers.
- Ensure consistent execution of standards across all locations.
3. Supplier Management
- Conduct supplier audits, performance evaluations, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Strengthen supplier accountability, especially in root cause analysis and incident prevention
- Support the implementation of the supplier quality framework, focusing on low-risk suppliers and follow-up activities
4. Customer Complaint Management
- Manage and track customer complaints related to food safety and quality
- Perform initial assessments and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers, SAS teams, and internal stakeholders for resolution
- Ensure timely feedback and closure of complaints
5. Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
- Support tracking of key compliance indicators (audit scores, findings, closure rates, complaints)
- Maintain inspection and audit records
- Highlight recurring issues and operational risks
6. Continuous Improvement Support
- Identify improvement opportunities based on inspection findings and complaints
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving site compliance and customer satisfaction
7. Audit & Program Support
- Support the execution of audit programs designed by the Lead role
- Participate in internal or external audits as auditor
- Ensure readiness of sites for inspections and audits
8. Stakeholder & Change Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (NFR, CP, Operations, Sales teams).
- Manage relationships with suppliers, auditors, and regulatory bodies if needed.
- Support change management during implementation of new systems and standards
9. Supply Chain Controls & Monitoring
· Monitor food safety risks across transportation, storage, and distribution processes
· Ensure cold chain integrity and proper handling practices at site level
· Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to resolve identified risks
