Scope of Work
As Chef de Partie - Pastry, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie - Pastry, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Prepare and present high-quality pastry and bakery products in line with brand standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and prepare mise en place for daily operations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in good condition.
- Support a positive team environment and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Chef de Partie - Pastry, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of pastry production, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
