QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a “SALES MANAGER” on behalf of our client, which brings together brands of global luxury furniture and decoration accessories for architectural projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Architecher or Business Faculty
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales and Sales Manager position
- Preferably Sales Management experience in furniture or architectural companies
- Interested of consept desing, fasion trends in furnitures
- Strong leadership skills, commercial mind-set and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience of tender procedures
- Perform Customer Relationship Management
- Strong communication skills, open approach to people
- Emphasis on personal care and presentable
- Located in İstanbul
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Perform sales activities in accordance with company goals and strategy
- Periodically to keep track of goals
- Organize and manage Sales Team
- Support the development of team
- Improve customer portfolio
- Customer visits as planned
- Make the sales contracts and pricing
- Market and competitor analysis
- Support to marketing actions
