QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university,
- Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
- Stress tolerance, pro-active, self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, willing to take responsibility and a good team player,
- Ability to communicate and think analytically,
- Multitask & result-oriented point of view,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent organizational skills and disciplined for follow-up,
- Presentable and positive interpersonal skills,
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Willingness and potential for learning and development,

JOB DESCRIPTION
- General Manager's daily, weekly and monthly work plan create an agenda of its activities and follow up,
- To provide and support all kinds of detailed analysis from companies, associations and organizations of which the manager is a member or founder, to work-private life balance,
- Ensure that the General Manager manages his time optimally by managing the meeting, conversation, and telephone traffic on a daily basis,
- Organizing all domestic and international travels of the General Manager, from passport and visa procedures to the follow-up of advance requests and expenses,
- Attending meetings and taking notes, preparing presentations and reports when necessary, in line with the request of the General Manager,
- Preparing the necessary internal/external correspondence,
- Providing and directing communication with employees when necessary, according to the expectations of the manager,
- Preparing the documentation of the General Directorate, filing and storing important documents in the system,
- To provide information flow between the General Manager and departments by preparing the documentation in correspondence with official institutions (notes and routing of the signed documents),
- Establishing and maintaining the order of the office, and making the necessary arrangements,
- Create and follow up the purchasing requests related to the approval of the manager, to meet the stationery needs.
