What skills do you have?

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or software development or project management
• Knowledge of financial sector, core leasing, consumer financing or banking systems
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies
• Ability to understand multiple priorities and adjust plans/schedules in an effort to achieve business objectives
• Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Ms Project)
• Good at time management, patient, dynamic, proactive
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good quality and good communication
• Dealing with uncertain situations
• Wanting to work at the high tempo of the channels

What you will do?

• Operating project management processes
• Plan and establish product management activities
• Collaborate with the team during the development, business analysis activities, system testing and UAT phases
• Preparing a protocol and tracking costs and effort
• Keeping the relevant platforms up-to-date in accordance with our product management processes in Softtech (PYS, JIRA etc)
• Analyzing survey and event log closing explanations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing addictions of items on the work list
• Serve as key person between the IT team and business users to ensure parties clearly understand each other
