We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing organization in the home décor & lifestyle sector; someone who will lead all Human Resources functions, develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the overall employee experience while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization.
WHAT DOES THE JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDE?
- Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company goals and growth plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, talent management, and career development initiatives.
- Design and oversee employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
- Partner with managers and department leaders to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
- Monitor HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead change management and organizational development projects.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment across all business functions.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail and multi-location workforce management is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Experience in organizational development and talent management processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
