Qualifications
Graduated from the engineering faculties of universities, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management and audit processes, with at least 10 years in the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14064 standards; preferably with knowledge of the VDA 6.3 process audit methodology.
Hands-on experience with automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D).
Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills.
Proven leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
An excellent command of English both verbal and written (German is an asset).
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the continuity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System; monitor system performance, lead improvement and preventive actions, and ensure the currency of all documentation.
Represent the company in customer audits regarding quality systems, process capabilities, and customer-specific requirements; coordinate audit preparations, manage corrective action plans for nonconformities, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Plan, conduct, and report internal and external audits in compliance with company and standard requirements.
Perform root cause analyses for internal and external quality issues (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, etc.); define and monitor the implementation of permanent corrective actions.
Track performance against quality indicators (management review, efficiency, plant scorecard, Ford QOS, etc.) and manage related corrective actions.
Monitor customer satisfaction, develop effective action plans for deviations, and ensure long-term sustainability.
Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14064-1 management systems; provide leadership in environmental responsibility, occupational health and safety, and carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
Manage the calibration and verification processes of laboratory and measurement equipment.
Maintain up-to-date investment plans and ensure their implementation.
Take an active role in process improvement, efficiency, and sustainability projects.
Continuously develop the quality management system in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Establish work plans and manage performance indicators in line with departmental objectives.
Prepare professional and individual development plans for team members; plan and coordinate necessary training programs.
