Sule Hair Transplant clinic who specializes in hair transplant, dentistry and medical aesthetics is seeking experienced medical tourism sales specialists that communicate fluently in English, French, German or Spanish language to join its sales team in Istanbul.
Job Description
- Deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,
- Contact with inquiries via email, phone, instant messaging or online chat,
- Understand patient's needs correctly and empathically,
- Prepare treatment plan proposals, price quotation price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,
- Assist walk in patients.
- Deliver an excellent customer service,
- Achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries.
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Advanced level in English, German or Spanish language.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with prior experience in CRM programs, ·
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients, · Advanced negotiation skills, .
- Proven sales record of outbound sales agent, ·
- Good in communication skills,
- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,
- Ability to communicate and convince easily over the phone,
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within 1 year of experience in a health tourism
