We are now looking for an IRD Head Waiter to join our team inBodrum.

Core Activities

• Assist the IRD Supervisor in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the In-Room Dining department.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, promotions, and service standards.
• Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and according to hotel standards.
• Provide professional and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Support the supervision of daily IRD operations and assist in coordinating team activities during shifts.
• Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to the IRD Supervisor when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards are maintained in all service and storage areas.

Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or In-Room Dining operations.
• Good command of English.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork mindset.
